I’m freaking cold. I guess it’s because I’m sick as well. I had fever yesterday so I didn’t clean the house like I was supposed to do
Was quite evil because HM was over to help me paint my toilet and I was playing WoW.

So 3 kg = 3000/100 *400 = 12000 calories.
