maniac driving & potholes full in Johor.
some of e potholes are filled by red bricks nia. My relatives told me, wait till nearing election see wat happens to those potholes.

I ran 3.5 clicks to ClubFitt at Tampines, worked out there for an hour, and ran 3.5 clicks back home.
It was my first time at ClubFitt Tampines.... pretty airy and spacious, more so than other ClubFitt gyms.
My only gripe is that they didn't have enough core workout machines.... but for $2.50 entry, I guess I can't complain.

i did 19+km and then cool down on the cross trainer. sitting in my compression tights now.

it was on my computer the whole of the match.. but i fell asleep and only caught the very very last part where they said that LFC got all three points
i blame the match before, the Genoa vs AC Milan match which was boring...

gel is spread on top of the nail polish? a bit like a top coat?

Nope.
The base, colour and top coat are all made of this gel (Doesn’t look like gel to me but whatever).
You dry the gel by using UV light
Apparently, you can’t use normal nail polish remover to remove it too
Doesn’t chip or peel off but it will start to show by the roots first since your nails grow.
Anyway, I think that it’s very good if you like natural colours because the root/base area won’t come out that obvious
I’m very sure it last since it has born the brute of my spring cleaning after getting my nails done for CNY.
I got the manicure on 22 Jan and it’s still perfect save for the area where the new nails are showing.
Then again, I always go for French Mani & Pedi so it doesn’t really show at all and I always go for the most natural shades
