March 2011 Makan Session - Spanish!

  got this craving for ages for bacalao.. so next month, let's go makan Spanish!!

  a few places spring into mind, the first is Serenity Spanish Restaurant & Bar at Vivocity

  => Serenity Menu

  i think they have a whole pig roasted for you if you give them 2 days notice.. and if we can get enough people together, this could be a good one

  RESERVATIONS AT SERENITY MADE UNDER "KEN" AT 7PM... BUT CAN START ARRIVING AT 6:30PM

  It's a Suckling Pig. Not very big

  Cochinillo Asado Whole roasted suckling pig (for 5 to 8 pax) (One day in advance booking, 50% deposit required)

  5-8 persons to a suckling pig is overly optimistic in our company.  

  But I would share paella at Serenity or have the grilled stuff at Salta... carne ranchero is awesome stuff.
