  It's too expensive for the amount of pig that we'll probably get, unless that's a CNY price.

  The cod they serve is fresh, and not the cured bacalao you're looking for. You can have that at Skinny Pizza with their salt cod brandade, although it's the French version.

  But either day is fine with me.

  where is the place hah?  if it is this Sat, I can slip away from 7.30pm till 9.30pm for dinner,  and have to run back to OCBC cycle ground to continue for the Pro section. (i am taking pictures :).
