It turns out the cockanaden customer service officer (who didn't understand 'Sierra-Charlie-Oscar etc') had given him the wrong address.

Seriously, I spelled out the address to the customer service officer and made her repeat it back to me.
According to the courier though, that bimbo still somehow managed to make a typo on the order form that was given to him.....
