In my workplace, "I didn't know" is not an excuse...We arent allowed to say that... Anything the higher management ask, we cannot say "we dunno"... must say "I'll go check on it"...

warehouse people are very chor lor....when I worked there years ago, they used to throw PCs and laptops from one place to the other.
Occasionally, something would drop and to prevent people from looking for them, they used to leave the phone out of the receiver.
