  I was pretty surprised when I got that result.

  Says that I need a ridiculously huge fine (not taking into account jail) to significantly lessen kelong cases...this result was extrapoliated from illicit cooperation between companies to jack up prices.

  That's why even with huge-ass fines, there's still cases of express bus companies colluding, airlines colluding (even SIA dio fine!)....simply because enforcement is hard, so the expected penalty is still lower than expected gain.

  I bet the only small outlet left would be the one left at Serangoon Gardens, Clementi Ave 2, Bt Batok 280.

  Dunno la.. Sometimes they messed up the whole thing tat they killed themselves.

  Like Hougang Mall tat side, ends up w/ duplicating Fairprice outlet.. So who suffer, are usually these smaller neighbourhood outlet.

  And these neighbourhood outlet has a tendency to face SS or Good Luck Supermarket (Though latter dun really sell fresh greens).

  Let me see..

  Clementi, Jurong East, Serangoon Central, Tampines, Sembawang, Toa Payoh has such duplicating outlets be it w/ Finest or Xtra combo where 2 outlets are pretty close to each other...

  and Jurong Point.. JP1 has Fairprice, JP2 has Xtra.. What the
