I was once looking at plastic pellets for stuffing toys, and I noted that they look a lot like rice grains. It's horrible though to swindle other people like this.

i like the many bazaars during the fasting month.. especially the insanely huge one at Geylang Serai
Frankly, the Geylang Bazaar has shrunk over the years.
It used to stretch from Paya Lebar all the way to Eunos MRT.
Now, it barely reaches Joo Chiat Complex.
yeah.. but the glutton in me still loves it
although i have to admit that almost everything they sell is exactly the same.. there doesn't seem to be the huge variety as in the past...
let's see about it this year as the tentages and stuff is up along Geylang Serai already
Busy week ahead~~~
how to beat the heat
Yowch.....
Yesterday my right calf was aching.... after I rubbed on some Tiger Balm and took a long nap, the pain subsided.
Then just now I was squatting down to look at some equipment. A sudden sharp pain hit my right ankle. My calf also got hit by the pain just above the Achilles tendon.
Dang.... this can't be good.

Yeah, Marina 21k is a possibility..... the paths were so damn narrow that I had to run through the grass to overtake the guniangs who had stupidly joined the earlier waves.
Several times I nearly twisted my ankle on the uneven grass. A couple of guys lost their footing and fell.
So I probably pulled some tendons or something.
I have another makan session tomorrow
seriously after this mth I think I can go on a porridge diet for a week
ZZZ double

doubt i do it again...the route was uber confusing -- too many twists and turns and zero marshals to direct the way. was in the leading pack and then whoopie...how was it i ended up with people who were in the back after one turn. then it was charge on headwards to oncoming human traffic on the way back.

Marina 21k was one of the most retarded races ever.
The name itself was stupid, considering the route. 'Tanjong Rhu 21k' would have made much more sense.
It was extremely tight the whole way, and at no point was I able to simply break free of the pack and run wild. I was on evasive action mode the whole way, because of the stupid guniangs who thought that they were fast enough to run with the elite runners. Instead of trying to catch up with the elites, I ended up trying to evade the think-too-highly-of-themselves guniangs.
Finally, my GPS said that I ran over 22km. Considering that I ran in 1 hr 58 min, I would definitely have beaten my half-marathon record of 1 hr 55min had the route been better planned.
The last point is especially unforgivable, considering that race distances must have an error of no more than 0.1% to be officially-sanctioned.
Simply facepalm...
Vendor finally brought in new engineering laptops after mixing up their orders... In return, director gave us the green light to chop carrot...
We got ourselves a much higher spec model but today, they deliver wrong model~~~ It was a higher spec but still wasn't the correct spec which they promise to compensate us~~
WTH~~~ must fail now many times before they can get it right sia???
You know what is FTW fail?
