OK....I'll make some dessert for the night...HAWTHORN JAPANESE KONNYAKU JELLY
Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both animal and human studies suggest hawthorn increases coronary artery blood flow, improves circulation, and lowers blood pressure. It has also been used on the skin to treat boils and skin sores.

sent address of the place to everyone listed except for ah lau.. will do that separately because i don't have his FB thingy...
i think we'll scrap the catering, i'll just go get a pile of stuff to burn on the coals and everyone can also bring whatever they feel like burning on the coals...
i'll maybe brine some chicken wings, buy some fish or whatever is available in the markets...
we'll probably need paper plates and utensils... and cups... because from experience, breaking or ruining any of the cutlery and plates of the bungalow is a very costly thing...
see you all there!!

Well, since we are scrapping the catering, maybe we should organise the things we are bringing as well as being needed. Dowan to have everything to eat but nothing to drink......
I'll start first....let me know if you need any other things (i hv to work as a garbage truck driver on that day also :(
1) Dessert - Konnyaku Jelly

Satay always works la
Just make sure it's Halal
i am very inclined to do my Emperor Ommelete again, this is sort of 'dessert' that would fill you up if you think the BBQ food is not enough
*me looks at few people*
Who wanna try?
I would think there's kitchen so i will bring my own frying pan
If not, i cook at home and heat it up at the BBQ

just bring.. i'll see what we bring too.. maybe i'll just fall back on my usual duck + eggs
and some protein to burn on the coals
Shall I do the salad again? I'm thinking beans, salsa and quinoa... or would you like to see the couscous back? Both should be easy to prepare at the venue.
