poor pinky.. health very important.. do take care...
i used to work my ass out (7 days a week, 10am - 4am everyday with one meal per day).. i suffer weight loss, eczema outbreak (badly till i landed in hospital)..and my social life, limited time with my ex-dog (which i still felt so bad, i did not accompany him much), outing with my family..
Looking back, the money is there, but I have lost pecious youth and I did not go for the holidays which i looked forward to ...the real hardy ones....
a few years ago, I have changed my perspective in life.. as long i live pretty comfortably (contented what i can afford and not more) with my current lifestyle and with my loved ones.. i am very happy liao.. work simply, life simply and not much stress hopefully..

How does a bus that's speed-limited still end up on the other side of the road and even kill a car driver unless the bus driver was ramming his accelerator through the junction?
The car driver side was gone case and the bus right suspension and wheels were totaled.

I just bought some to try :P Since I've been buying Organic Chia seeds for my diet and I think the Chia seeds are really great. Huge improvements for me. My sinseh asked me to buy Chia seeds to supplement my diet

i got some chia seeds off my aunt in melbourne - using it as toppings for my oatmeal. i like the crunch, not sure if i see much health benefits coz i use only a bit. give it a try - it worked for my friend.

Well it's high in calcium, omega 3 and iron and other stuff
So far I have noticed my nails being much stronger than before and I have more energy in the morning.
Apparently the Mexican origin ones are much better. The ones I'm taking are from Mexico

From what I read is 2x the water for the amount of Quinoa you cook
eg. 1 cup Quinoa, 2 cups water
And you are supposed to cook it on high for 15 mins of boiling and let it simmer till it looks clear or something.
I bought some to try
From what I read both Quinoa and Chia are supposed to be very good for vegans because of the nutritional value and Quinoa is gluten free
Anyway I'm not turning vegan/vegetarain. Just trying to incorporate more healthy grains/seeds into my diet.

Anyway, the taxi problem I realised got 1 issue. There's kids these days got lots of pocket money, so say aft waiting 5 mins for 1 bus cannot wait just flag taxi le...
Actually taxi is mostly meant for ppl w/ bulky items or live inside those pte housing area de...

But seriously, if they want to do it, eventually all the simi surcharge has to be removed, left the peak hour surcharge.
Then the taxi drivers wun run to specific places to get pax.
