Lots of reasons
1. They think it's cool & hip to hv sex since everyone is doing it
2. Parents don't give them enough attention & love so they look for it from the opposite sex
3. Lack of access to birth control
4. Stupidity due to alcohal & drugs
5. The usual "If you love me you will hv sex with me"
6. Lack of knowledge of birth control

KFC better IMO...Popeyes mashed potatoes are good though... I like chunky bits in my mashed, not some blended "unknown substance" paste...

I think it's worse or maybe the one at Centuary Square is really terrible
The batter is so salty that I spat out everything and the batter is terribly thick as well
In the end I peeled off the batter before I could even eat the chicken which is ain't that great as well.
I rather go down to City Plaza eat Arnold's chicken -__-

popeye's got the better chicken, hands down. KFC the QC can be a bit short at some of the outlets. i don't care much for the mash and I never figured out the taste for popeye's biscuits.
I don't know much about the reflections .... but the psf is scary shit, personally, for that kind of money, it's better to get a landed if you're planning to stay in it, or get a condo in town like scotts square where the rental returns would be much better.

well, i've never tried arnold's chicken before .... if there's an outlet westside I'll get them this next week ....
i'm very proud of my boys ..... they work really hard and really deliver.

I have no idea mate, but watch the price tank soon ....
most of these prime condo units would be sold to foreigners anyways, nevermind the extra 10% stamp fees ... some of these fellows got money coming out of their ears, I know of a rich foreign tai tai who signed up for a 1.3 million 3 bedroom condo on a singapore stopover, only to discover that two of the three bedrooms were the size of closets after TOP.
some of these developers and property agents are real scondrels I tell you.

dunno whether I've ever told you guys about horror stories like this one, but ever wondered how some ah bengs who worked for property agencies you've never heard of could rake in 20, 30k a month while lazing around at kopitiams most of the time ? ....
give you a clue, look at why the goverment banned people from "private finance companies" from getting involved in the property business.
gosh, how do these people even sleep at night .... flogging overpriced condos to rich fellows is one thing, but making money off people's misery and mistakes is another ....
