It's old news, it's been dead for more than a year. As usually there was so much hype when it was mooted, but it was never executed properly.
I swear some of the bus drivers are trying to recreate a Harbin winter or something with the aircon, the cabins are so fathermucking cold even in the mornings and on wet days, and you can see sod-all out of the frosted windows.
