  I also go down see the complain ish wu nia boh..

  Cos 50:50 chance the complain isn't tat true also

  Like got once I go check wat ah Bear complain abt the bus chia tat goes to JB... And realised how come waiting time is 45 mins...

  but seriously I ever received complains from my friends bef... I ever went to check out for some of these..

  But mostly is because ppl can't wait for 5 mins. Some was over some places where there's driving hazards

  Actually Changi Pt I think the layout is damn stupid 

  A lot of wasted space lor though once the crowd come in they might renovate and partition to different lanes
