Next this male staff confronted the guy who pressed the button, in a way machiam like u interogate a criminal suspect... I can assure u, the male staff is very, very agitated -___- and he didn't exactly try to help or understand the situation, more like trying to find the problem, bring the problem out of the train so the train can resume moving...
Not that his motive is wrong, but it's his way of handling matter is rather of no compassion and he could have handled the ground better...
suspects mrt staff could be underworld figures.

poor design.normally in all aircon calculations they have the horsepower needed to cool a certain space to a certain temp.so if its not as designated temp..the aircon system is spoilt or badly designed....so if that happens the other systems like electrical to mechanical systems for mrt is also poor....aka runaway train.,.no brakes....brakes flew off sheared bolts etc etc.... -
