  actually, i think the one thing that's ballooning my weight, is me cutting down on ciggies .....

  I'm smoking a lot less nowadays, some days not at all ... most often it's when I have to go meet clients, most of these fellows smoke.

  so i find myself with a bigger and better appetite than before ....

  and make some time for exercise or just moving about. that should take his mind off ciggies and food

  actually exercise is horrible and made me want to stop and have a cigarette...

  it was through reading and keeping myself busy at work, playing computer games and other stuff that helped me...
