  of coz... u walk on it, u wont feel the vibration... but u'll feel very giddy due to resonance... machaim like u become a bell...

   

  somemore i think too much vibration is also not good for the concrete over time... might induce cracks...

  actually steel is not a good material for overhead bridge... due to vibration by the impulse foot step we create...

  Best is still to use concrete as like the past.

  iirc bukit timah rd there got 1 steel overhead bridge kena rammed by a lorry & they had to remove a section of it..
