Actually it's more of the vibration issue... too much vibration is no good..
but who ask them to go use steel beam
of coz... u walk on it, u wont feel the vibration... but u'll feel very giddy due to resonance... machaim like u become a bell...
somemore i think too much vibration is also not good for the concrete over time... might induce cracks...

actually steel is not a good material for overhead bridge... due to vibration by the impulse foot step we create...
