  I propose that Bar be a "no-holds barred" forum from 7-8 p.m. aka "Happy hour" whereby there'll be no censorship by the Mods. U can post any farking damn thang during happy hour but once happy hour is over, the mods can start deleting posts if they are offensive as per normal.
