Motivating workers

On top of giving bonus, I have came up with a very good idea on how boss can motivate their workers to work hard for them.
For those with average and good performance, the boss can organise a yearly dinner and dance for them. Those with bad performance will not get to attent the dinner and dance.
Invite chio bu(s) for the male staff. Get the chio bu(s) to dress up as nurse, student, air stewardess, office lady, lawyers, models etc to dance for the guys to see. 1st dance with their uniform on and than slowly strip to their bikini and than completly strip nake.
For now, all the average performance staff will have to leave. Only the good performance staff can stay back to chose 3 girls for each of them to fcuk.
Now for the female staff.
The boss will invite yandaos to dance for them to see. These yandaos will be dressed in batman, spiderman, x-men and power ranger uniforms.
Like the chio bu(s), they will start dancing with their uniform on first than slowly strip and dance with just their underwear and than strip completly naked.
Than those with good performance 1 can stay on to chose 3 yandaos for each of them to fcuk.
Great idea to motivate staffs isn't it
