I know.Originally posted by tintinspartan:From wat I experienced last year, the train run numbers changed in December due to Holiday Timetable and was shuffled once the new working year kicked in and was shuffled again in June and July. Don't be suprised to see TRN51 as off-peak and TRN57 as off-peak too.
Been refurbished for a loooooong time already... at least 1 and a half months I think... wonder what's taking them so long.Originally posted by littlearea:Yesterdae i saw 077/078 on test run @ bishan depot, de exterior is black in colour, it is nxt refurbish train soon.
Spotted 013/014 yesterday or 2 days ago on EWL so I don't think 013/014 will be undergoing refurbishment soon.Originally posted by Oceane:Estimation for next upcoming trains for refurbishment are 013/014 and 101/102. Needs confirmation from our long-lost Manager433 as well as Novawin and the others.

Right. SMRT is taking too long to enter 077/078 for passenger service since it has undergoing refurbishment last Aug.Originally posted by Oceane:Been refurbished for a loooooong time already... at least 1 and a half months I think... wonder what's taking them so long.
Yep time flies.Originally posted by kawasaki2:The C751Bs are 6-7 years old now.
Time flies.
311/312 is already 8 years old. I think almost all rest C751B train are 7 years old. 311/312 made its first debut on NSL in 1999 for passenger service. I can remember very well when I boarded 311/312 on NSL for first time ever in 1999.Originally posted by kawasaki2:The C751Bs are 6-7 years old now.

I think C751B will undergoing refurbishment in 2020.Originally posted by Oceane:Yep time flies.
I wonder if the C751Bs will ever go for refurbishment.
When you have information ready, do share with us on train number to-be-going MLU ya.Originally posted by Manager433:Sorry for the late reply. I'll post updates asap.
311/312 is actually differentiated from the rest of the C751Bs for it's lightly coloured window pane borders, in contrast to darkly coloured pane borders for the rest of the C751Bs. Looking from far 311/312 may look like a refurbished C151.Originally posted by Novawin™:311/312 is already 8 years old. Bro, all window glass panel for C751 the same lah. Only I heard they are doing some projects like paste a thin layer of anti UV ray clear sticker on glass panel to reduce heat in the train. Thats why u may see a different in glass colour.Originally posted by Oceane:311/312 is actually differentiated from the rest of the C751Bs for it's lightly coloured window pane borders, in contrast to darkly coloured pane borders for the rest of the C751Bs. 077/078 is running on passenger service on NSL this morning (20th Nov). I took it at Jurong East towards Marina Bay at approximately 8.35am. Seems like the front of the train also does not have the SMRT sticker also.Originally posted by Oceane:Been refurbished for a loooooong time already... at least 1 and a half months I think... wonder what's taking them so long.

On another note, boarded 025/026 this morning also. No sticker seen in front still.
