039/040 still has PCK stickers, so not possible yet.
221/222 is not the only one (C651) eligible for window ads. For C651s, 201/202, 203/204, 205/206, 207/208, 213/214, 221/222 and 237/238 can get window ads now. But yes, i doubt C651 can get any other type of ad until after refurb.
