I hate to come back every now and then to post in this forum, but I guess I have to vindicate this person here since no one else seemed to have spotted it...
Yes, there was indeed a train where only half of it was sporting the NTUC Income advertisement. I saw it two days ago while out cycling; the train was travelling from Sembawang towards Yishun during the evening peak hours. I took notice of the car numbers and noted that it was another mis-coupling accident - one part of 031/032 (if I remember correctly, it was 031) with (again, if my memory serves me right) 006.
