  ON and AGAINST, both are different words, but in both sentence, they have the same meaning, but against is a stronger worrd.

  Leaning ON the train doors, which is to lean towards the surface of the doors.

  Leaning AGAINST the train doors, which is to lean or even slack on the doors.

  So it's not the grammar wrong, it's your English. (Hidden phrase)

  It'll be more better if she says, "Please do not slack on trains."

  ..some C151s had those faded out stickers at the doors changed. (excluding modded ones). Some of them are 007/008, 079/080, 081/082.
