In wikipedia Siemens C651 page refurbishment section, it wrote this:
1st refurbished C651 set 225/226 is in Bishan Depot since 17th of August 2010 but is not for passenger service. It is parked at track 52 of the Bishan depot.2nd C651 unknown trainset is also refurbished but not in service but in track 53 in Bishan Depot.2 more C651 set 207/208 and 209/210 is awaiting for refurbishment or going to be next to be refurbished because it is plying North South Line for around this time being.The rest of Siemens C651 is still unrefurbished interior and exterior look.Launching of 1st Refurbished C651 is unknown yet.The date of launching for 2nd Refurbished C651 is also unknown yet. 1st Refurbished C651 set 225/226 has completed installation of the STARIS but is not for passenger service but in Bishan Depot track 52 since 1st November 2010 due to testing but launching date of C651 refurbished train is unknown yet.

just now 4pm I took a ride from Ang Mo Kio to Bishan and it drove past Bishan Depot but I dun see any refurbished C651 -

Don't be so naive and believe everything on Wikipedia.
1) No Reference, can be created by self
2) No Evidence/Picture
3) The Tender is not even out to Refurbish the C651 So How can any C651 be refurbished?
4) 225/226 MIA doesn't mean its going for refurbishment

The newer sets of tracks is used on the extended area btw XPO & TNM (There was a sector of middle track that was built as buffer / overrun before CGL is announced, which is before the CHD) on the way to CGA. The similar tracks are used in BLE extended area and JEMP-ed new tracks too. It will be used on Tuas Extension as well.

I took a train (103/104)... At Tampines, suddenly heavy rain... Then 103/104 stop between TAM and SIM for about 5-10seconds...
