More cubicles for Female Toilets!!!!

Everytime the Ladies will have a long queue because we never have enough cubicles in our toilet to serve our needs. The men tend to spend less time in the toilet cuz most of them just use the urina and not the cubicles. The cubicles are for them to do "big business" only. But the stupidest thing is, both toilets always end up having the same number of cubicles.
Why isn't the Ministry of Health doing anything about this??? -
Maybe the women can use the man toliets if the women toliets is crowded???

I read in the newspaper a while ago that the World Toilet Organisation and dunno which Gov board are working on this. so dun worry
anyway, there just aren't enough space to build more cubicles, man can just use urinals so cubicles are a luxury and not a necessary -

yeah. long queues in the ladies are very famous worldwide.. in Singapore Expo for example, when theres an exhibition, there will be a long queue of about 10+ woman..

it's a regulation by NEA that if gals have 2 cubicles, guys shud have twice more(which means 2 cubicles, 2 urinals).
i dont know why. because the government dont want to strain our reproductive organs? coz' they realised the birth rate falling? -
