Faulty Toilets

What about posting any incidents of faulty toilets, general maintenance here?
I recall an incident at Eastpoint Shopping Centre at ground floor level a couple of months back. There was a severe chokage in the sewerage system till water from the floor traps began to spill out onto the concourse area and eventually into several retailer shops! The carpet floor at these retailer shops became wet and stink with smelly water and even its goods that were placed on the floor were affected! A few men from the maintenance company came later to clear the choke. -
The Male toilet urinal on the 2nd storey of Toa Payoh Hub (next to foodcourt) was choked today, with lots of waste water overflowing onto the floor...

Last few month ago, the male toilet at HDB Hub, after the water had flushed(urinal cubicle), the water keep on flow without stopping. It was flooded and some spilled onto the floor making it flooded too.
Poor Uncle need to clear up the mess

The main choke of a toliet system is woman like to throw their "bread" into the toilet bowl.. the company i'm working in.. every month stranded they will be choke and we have to call those sewage people to come clear all those stuff...
And always they report they give back on the cuase of choke ? "bread" -

Yes, I read in the news article recently. The underground sewers pipes was choked till sewerage overflow in the middle of the side road along Orchard area. I think there's another type called the "Tampon" (the "plug-in" version lah). I never see before, but I believe this type is much smaller than the typical "bread" type is it?
So question is - will Tampon reduces chances of sewerage pipe chokages since its smaller?
