When you file a patent, you publish everything publicly; anyone with an internet connection would have access to your invention. Even if others (especially giant corporations) want to copy your invention, it's unlikely that you have the financial resources to fight a long and expensive court case.
That being said, what have you patented?
I have 12 mths to file a PCT n 18 mths before my patent is publish n 30 mths after filling PCT. You will not be able to see the patent b4 it is published. I filed a patent coz its hard to know wat on ppl minds wen revealing wat I m doing.
Yes, I do not have the financial might to fight a long n expensive court case with those giant corp. but this is the least I can do to protect my innovation so I engaged a patent lawyer to write the claims.
er TS.......is it because your name is Retarded Moron, that's why Spring doesn't wanna even consider your plan?!
