  1) Will you be committed?
  2) Are you bias to certain forumers?
  3) Most important question: Are you interested in science?
  
  I don't mind you writing a resume. Please state down the number of years of experience you have, the company you work with and your educational qualifications. Just kidding.
  
  But we need the above 3 questions to be answered to be certain that you are up to the job.
