There is still time to catch up and do well.
To study H2 maths with focus, read the postings at:

Let me share my story... By Common Test 2, my econs was still getting D/E...
Then I worked very very hard over the next few months... And got B for prelims... Then work even harder and finally get A for A levels.
One month for one subject, it's more than enough to get As and Bs, but then again, it also depends on the individual.
You know what you have to do lah
the guys here can help you with any problems or give you a kick in the butt when you need it :)
Originally posted by limywv:The A levels are getting so damn close and I think at this rate, I will not stand any chance at getting into SMU's Business Management. I'm taking 4H2's - Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Economics.
Currently I'm just getting Bs to Ds. I know that's because I've havent been really studying, but I'm now giving up almost everything just for my studies.
My teachers all tell me I should be getting my As and Bs by now, based on their expectations and it just makes me feel depressed.
My current subject that is stupendously weak is Economics (Due to weak foundation in J1). Now I'm trying to analyse more essays and see how it's done. Hopefully come mid years, I can at least get a C.
I do not want to just "pass" the A levels and let my parents down.
So, any tips on this new journey of "studying"? (Just to let you know, I'm willing to give up my entire life just for this. I'm prepared to face the texts everyday.)
The only tips for you is to study more and work harder. That is all.
Instead of worrying excessively over your results ( Which in turn may deteoriate your performance ), you should just focus on constantly working hard.
Business degrees are considered 'hot' by many Pre-U students nowadays, hence I strongly suggest that you plan out what other degrees you might want to take in case you did not make the cut.
