  Author's Last Name, First letter of Author's first name (Year) title of book, Country of Publication: Publisher, page number used.

  eg. Wilson, H (2003) Micromanagement, London: Routledge, 23.

   

  for journal articles,

  Author's last name, first letter of author's first name (year), "Journal title", Journal name, volume no, issue no, pages.

   

  eg. Wilson, H. (2003) "Micromanagement", Business Studies, 23, 2, 435- 467.

  How it should appear in the text:

  ........(Wilson 2003: 23).....

  or

  As Wilson (2003: 23) states.......

   

  there are other variants for chapters in edited books, citations etc. Ask if you need more help.
