x^2 + 8x + k = 0 has roots, whose values differ by 2.
Find the eqaution obtained when the roots are doubled. (of course, you should find value of k before doing so ;D)
I got x^2 + 16x +60 =0 but the solution provided by my teacher is x^2 -16x+60. Pretty sure I am right. However I want some confimation from some of you guys. Thank you very much!
You should be correct

k = 15
x = -3, -5
Hence, the solution is x^2 + 16x + 60 = 0 without doubt.
