He will have to work much harder than others for Maths, if he wants good overall results.
On the otherhand, here is where dkcx and rednano will come in to advertise the poly route...
We won't have to advertise, its common knowledge that poly route is gaining popularity and where even the top students head to nowadays. Its not anything we are promoting without using facts.
Ya...poly is also popular with the gd students...so we the avg students end up with taking the course that we hv no interest in poly.
My friend finished his poly in maint of intelligent building in poly but he is keen in tourism industry....so now has to sign up with SIM...and due to his dipolma is so technical...not related to tourism ...has to do another 6 months bridging course in order to start his tourism degree in SIM.....What a waste of 3 years in poly...
So that is why...I dream of going do foundation course with colleges in Aust...but $$$

If your results are not good, you might still not get the course you want in Aust or whereever you choose to go. As i've mentioned to others before, if you choose the poly route, you have to know what you want to do and set your target to achieve the results required to enter the course.
Unlike the sec 4s who are doing their O's now, you still have lots of time to study and work towards the required grades so don't give up and say its impossible now.

3 years what waste... 6 months of bridging course is already a discount liao... if not for the poly diploma, he must do at least 1 year foundation course...
