Hi,
I was going through a question about probability with my students last evening when I showed two approaches to compute the probability of a certain event.
Approach 1 considered P&C concepts and approach 2 applied probability concepts. Though both approaches led to the same result, one needed no ordering but the other required some ordering.
The class experience motivated me to write an article:
http://www.freewebs.com/weews/probabilityconcepts.htm
I hope students will find it useful in improving their understanding of the close relationship between P&C and Probability.
Thanks!

nice!
Hi eagle,
Thanks for your encouragement :)
Am also very thankful that students ask questions openly and freely, or else these articles would not have been possible.

It's really a very ingenious method! You are good!
Fits my style of maths flexibility
Will be sharing this with my private students as well :D
Thanks for sharing!
