You may outtalk your teacher now but you will be speechless when the results come out.
The O level is moderated by MOE. So it is not a matter of managing to score 75% and you get an A1. It is a matter of performing better than your peers.
Suppose that you are of average IQ... those smarter than you but already revising, you no fight. Those smarter than you and also not revising, you also no fight. Those same IQ as you and revising you also no fight. Those same IQ and also not revising ok got fight. Those less bright than you BUT revising got fight with you. Those less bright and also lazing ok you beat them.
Of the 6 catagories of students, you beat 1 catagory, fight with 2 and lose to 3.
Suppose your fight turn out average aka the fighting chance one hor you beat 50% and lose to 50%.
Aka finally you lose to 4 and beat 2. Aka you end up losing to 66% and beating 33%.
Tell me what is the expected outcome?

As what Mikethm said, you may outtalk your teacher now, but your results will outtalk you if u dun buck up
It's only <4 months, and after that, it's freedom!
Do you want your 4 years to go to waste if you can't score? You worked hard throughout your sec sch life to reach this stage leh.
Again, as Mikethm said, at O levels, it's not about scoring 75%; that score could get you a B4 for E maths, not A1. It's how well you do vs your peers. It's a man-eat-man scoring system!
Sec 4 this year right? I have this student who started with 30 marks for A maths. After a whole June holidays worth of tuition plus her own hard work to do most of my homework (most), I can say she's on track to a B3~A2 score, and I'm rather certain with her continued hard work, A1 should be achievable at the end. I'm pretty sure Mikethm has plenty of such cases since he specialises more on O level maths. I'm also sure there are many more such students that are 'panicking' and working hard, and that will eventually score higher than their peers.
Are you sure by not revising now, you will stand an advantage over them? It's not just one or two isolated cases of students hor.
Remember, you don't have a second chance, unless you want to spend extra money and time to retake as a private candidate.
okay ._.
i understand !
Dun think so much
just revise it
114 days seems long
it is around 3 months
3 months is 12 weeks
i did not start at this time last year, but much later when it left 30+ days
started to panic when i still fail trigonometry, literature and physics
I remember what my english teacher told me:
"If you fail o level, all you have is PSLE"

eng and e.maths a2.
humans c5. sad.
You still have some time to work on your humanities, so work hard on it.
Humanities is included in your L1R5, and a min. D7 is also a requirement for you to enter JC, so don't let your grade for it drop any further.
