E maths - Parallelogram

  In  the diagram, ABCD is a parallelogram and points E, F trisect the diagonal AC, proe that

  DEBF is a parallelogram.

  Firstly I proved that triangle ADE is congruent to triangle CBF. So DE = BF

  However, I need help in proving the rest of the parts.
