Help me in all subjects for sec2.

Well. It's soon to reach my final year exams. I wanna score high marks for end year so I can at least get into express. I failed term 1 to term 3 and final year is my last chance to make up as it takes up 45%. By saying I fail term 1 to 3 means that I lack of basic knowledge for each subs.
So guys. Could you give me some tips for the subjects listed above. Anything that you know please just tell me!
1st. History.
Hmm there's SBQ and SEQ. I wonder what is SEQ about? How is the format to answer SBQ and SEQ. And the source question about similarity and difference. Please tell me the format and others tips!
2nd. English.
It's a very hard thing and I wanna know how to do well in comprehension as well as summary!. And also can anyone tell me the format of letter writing? Hmm formal letter . And also informal. And everything you know abt english to score well.
3rd. Literature sucks. Especially about the storybook we read and unseen poem or prose. Can anyone tell me how to answer unseen poem and prose? And give me all the tips you know how to score well for Lit.
4th. Science.
Is it a must to remember the solutions? Sometimes they give like 5NaCl I dont know what is it. You guys got to help me about this and solve my problems!.
5th. Math.
I really dumbfound at the algebra section part. Sometimes they ask you factorise algebra like this.
(x^2 + 6 + 9) then another like (15x^2 + 6 + 9) then for the 15x de.
The answer will be like this 3(5x.... But for the x is just (x ....
Huh? Pls help.
6th. Chinese I'm still okay with that except format and writing of letter and compo. I epic fail. Any tips like how the judge mark according to? Please help!
If anyone can tutor me for free or what. Please do pls! But If you cant then it's okay. I live around tampines and I have very little time around 1week 1day left! -
aiyoh. TS. from your post, i can tell that you werent paying attention in class for the past 3 terms??
cause some stuff like SEQ formats for history, informal and formal letter formats for english, and others, teacher will either mention or give out notes.
basically, seq have to rmber and study. Put in alot of time and effort.
if you want a quick boost for your eng, read up and prepare a good essay/letter which can be adapted, but do note to put in great vocabs, with complex sentences and sophistication.
maths - practice, cant emphasise enough.
Sciences- practice. And also read through the notes your teacher has given you for the past 3 terms.
Lit - eh. Which book you doing? Lit is mostly like english. Needs exposure, and also, do read through notes which your teacher has given you.

For algebra, the following skills may be asked, so do find similar questions to practise:
1. Expand algebraic expressions, e.g. x(x - 5), (3 + x)(x -1/2).
2. Factorise algebraic expressions, e.g. x^2 - 5x,
x^2 + 6x + 9 which is (x + 3)^2,
15x^2 + 6x - 9 which is 3(5x^2 + 2x - 3), then simplified to 3(x + 1)(5x - 3).3. Form simple algebraic expressions for word problems, e.g. Tom is x years old and his mother is twice as old as him; write down the age of Tom's mother.
4. Simplify algebraic fractions, e.g. 1/(x - 3) + 1/(1 - 2x).
5. Solve algebraic equations, e.g. x(x - 2) = -1.

cause if by any case, suay suay touchwood wont happen, you can APPEAL BASE ON YOUR CONDUCT!!!
talk to the principal and negotiate (of course with your parents la). Ya, and the principal will base it on reccomendations from your teachers (who play a BIG role, in deciding if you advance to sec3)

firstly, those simple algebra quuestions are taught in term 1. dun tell me you cant master it~ im taking trigo alrd! for english, [my fav sub cuz its so simple] just go with the flow, and dun write broken english. isnt Lit the same as well? and SEQ, structured essay, requires alot of CK, so go study. for chinese, you dun have to study cuz its wayyy too late alrd.

Sec 2 maths so easy... just know your algebra skills well can already. For algebra just common sense, stuff like 3(x-8)^2. Must expand first then multiply by 3. Some sec 2 students are confused with that. Then your graph is the they give you x and y values, ask you plot with the scaled and use ruler connect the points right? So easy... just do as they say. Then the polygon one. Aiyoh, apply the formula can liao. I wish i can redo sec 2 maths.

i had nv studied in sec 1 and sec 2 and yet i got good grades.. cuz i listen in class
for english... ask ur teacher... i managed to understand what teacher has been saying for 2 years just 2 weeks ago... btw i am sec 4 this yr... doing o LVLfor maths... go read ur textbook.. spend around 4 hours per day for maths.. confirm improve, anything dunno go textbook, if not google it...
for science.. dam it... it is so easy, either u are lazy or u nv pay attention in class.. go memorize all the stuff...
for lit... been 2 yrs, and i am taking geog elective now... i did very well for lit cuz i read the story book 4 times... it took me months tho.... know the story like the back of ur hand..
for chinese... you are saying that u got no chinese books that tells u the format? what about the mid yr exam? u got go read them? u got do correction? search from the past...
for history... SBQ means source based question... SEQ means short essay questions... same as science.. go memorise them.. just like SSone more tip.. start doing ten year series now... do questions for like half an hour per day after ur end year exam in sec 2... u will really benefit.. btw half an hour do NOT include searching for ur TYS these all.. if u dun have i suggest u buy, altho the sch will ask u buy later... but i think it is more practical to buy now... once u study the topic, do the topic in TYS..
o ya btw.. my mid yr exam L1R5 is 24... then i dun care, then later i got back my chinese o lvl results... which is suppose to be the second strongest subject, and i got a B3... i was so shocked so depressed so sad... then it become a motivation for me and from then on i sleep early wake up early (around 3 am) and study around 2 and a half hour every 5 days per week.. now prelim i got 11 for L1R5... moral of story is, study, anything dunno see textbook, if cannot go internet, if still cannot ask teacher... from my experience, do not ask friends..
