  Prove using an algebraic method, that (3x-6)/(x(x+6) cannot lie between 2 certain values (to be determined)

  ley y be the (3x-6)/(x(x+6)).

  so.. 3x-6=xy(x+6)

  3x-6=x2y+6xy

  x2y+x(6y-3)+6=0

  Since there are no values, b2-4ac<o

  (6y-3)2-4(y)(6)<0

  if u do ur mathematics right  u'll get,

  1/6<y<3/2
