Hi, can anyone help me with this, dun really understand.
Given, 6[3^(2x-1)] - 3[5^(x+2)] = 5^x
Express (5/9)^x in the form of (a / b) where a and b are integers. Hence find the value of x. (Answer : 6.19) Thank q.
first part)
6[3^(2x-1)] - 3[5^(x+2)] = 5^x
6(3^(2x) / 3) = 5^x + (3 x 25)5^x
2 x 9^x = 5^x(1 + 75)
2/76 = (5/9)^x
(5/9)^x = 1 / 38
Hey thanks, got it.
