anyway these are my spots for tomoro question
graph most probably kind of with 2 turning point (x^3 curve)
circle properties (more of them)
area of a lot of things
polygon
sets notation
trigo
matrices
bearing
probability
and probably another vector question
share your spots here :D
where tricky ?
perhaps i underline alot of things ? i didnt really feel anything >_>

there is some parts la, but not really will affect much de. i complete almost whole paper in 1 hour lol
The triangle prism question should be 1 sec
12/24 = 1/2
(1/2)^3= 1/8
1/8= t/8s
hence, t = 1s
And ya, should be a decreasing curve
i spent around 30mins trying to spot my careless mistakes in the last qn...
there was a question where you had to give two points of D that would give a parallelogram. It seems there are more than 2 answers? I put (6, 0) and (6, 6). However theres another that seems valid, which is (-6, -4) or something?
(6,-4) would be a trapezium instead
Yeah, but I'm talking about (-6, -4), heh.

It's not a cube. It should be a square.
You should only comparing the area of the triangle. Just because it's the VOLUME of a prism does not mean it has to be a cube.
The volume of the prism (for the relative volumes and timings) is dependent entirely on the area of the triangle as the rest of the figure (the breadth) is constant.
Thus it should be ^2 instead of ^3.
The answer is t = 2s.
Take my word for it.

As for the Africa population question, you HAVE TO ROUND DOWN to 31 people.
Having a decimal in your answer (31.2 people) will result in a 0.
================================================================
Also, I just remembered. One of the answers was 28 degrees or something like that.
The 1 d.p. is compulsory.
Meaning putting 28 degrees instead of 28.0 degrees results in one mark deducted from the entire paper.
Regardless of how many s.f. or d.p. errors you make, only one mark (maxmimum) can be deducted for each error in one paper.
So no worries.
================================================================
If you have been relatively confident about your maths thus far, this paper should have been a breeze, and you should be getting at least 70/80 marks as every question is extremely do-able.
Now prepare for the worst. Paper 2.

ya thats what i am talking about lols
I think i should get around 70/80...but I took full 2 hrs to do it though..maybe I was just being careful.

nice analysis, hope that this is right as this are the same answer as mine hahas
i totally agree with the last statement. paper 2 will be hell!
and ya, there isnt a spot for us to write calculator model right?
i wrote 6.-3 ?_?

u do it using formula, midpoint theorem or what thingy?
u draw on the diagram above lo.. if can means can liao i guess.. but if i didnt remember wrongly if at (6,-4) it will be trapezium instead:O correct me if i am wrong

There isn't...but you are suppose to write it on the top right corner of the front page..
Pardon if I'm a noob -_- I can't seem to find the area of triangle ABC -_- Anyone can share with me =x

oh gosh
1/2 (a) (b) sin (^C)
if i didnt remember wrongly is 1/2 (7.43)(7.43)(sin 38) right?
Yeah, but if you visualise,
+ +
D +
Something like that, looks like a parallelogram already. Two points in middle is the Y axis as well.
Fuck!! i go put the seq as 38 - 7n SHIT!!!! The 31.2 ppl also wrong i go put the decimal place shit la

then shouldnt it be (-4,6) instead?
lol what's the coordinates of B? plot on real graph paper and check lor..

okay sequence is confirm wrong, but the decimal place i not sure

there got the spot for u to plot le ma, it is exactly 1cm by 1 cm box, make easy for us le
both would be negative, since it is in the bottom left side of the point of origin.
Aiyo, instead of preparing for your next paper, you all stack here.

I only get 1 side is 3...can't get b -_- o well..
