Hi guys, did this thread as a reminder for what is gona come out for P1 ( assuming what is tested in P2 is not gona be tested in P1 )
Obviously, since i started the thread, i have to start the ball rolling right, here goes~
Phy:
moment
f=ma .
vector
vector / scalar quantities.
density
energy conversion
pressure ( f/a , p1v1=p2v2 )
static
CRO
circuit
arrangement of matter in states
evaporation
transfer of heat energy
thermal phy.
Transformer
Colour of wires
Magnetism => Induced and electromagnet
LDR
Fleming Left Hand Rule
Right Hand Grip Rule

Speed of sound
Total internal reflection of light
Brownian Motion
Thermocouple Thermometer
Micrometer Screw Gauge/ Vernier Caliper
Differentiation between scalar and vec
Differentiation between scalar and vector quantity
Displacement Time Graph
Friction
Gravitational Pull
please add on , i think i got sth miss out =.=
chem i forgot alot sia.
Chem :
kinetic particle theory
the change of state thingy ( movement of particle, blah blah )
mol , quite commen , despite it come out alr .
diff between compound , element, mixture
definations of mr/ ar
electrolysis- electroplating
spd of reaction
NH3
acid and bases ? ( properties)
prepare salt
QA. ( like confirm cause p2 DUN Have)
**phy updated.
Wtf. I don't bother spotting for maths and sciences.
Anyways, chemistry its very obvious that out of 20++ chapters, at least 5 were COMPLETELY missing from Paper 2.
I don't care about physics. For prelims this year I scored above 35/40 for MCQ but magically failed overall.
lol. list the 5 chapters then.
haha. pro lor u, magically failed. my fren 0 for paper1 also failed by 2 marks >_ >
1) Identification of ions, salts and gases.
- The magnesium oxide question does not count at all.
2) Solubility Table, Preparation of Salts
3) Kinetic Particle Theory.
4) Speed of reaction.
5) Metals
- Again, the magnesium oxide question does not count.
- Short of haematite.
- Short of reduction with carbon and hydrogen.
- Short of metal displacement and reactivity series
Others include
Enthalpy Change (GRAPH)
Acids (Difference between strength, basicity and concentration)
Basic, Neutral, Acidic and Amphoteric Oxides.
Organic Chemistry (Hydrogenation, Hydration and Esterification)
Electrolysis (Simple Electric Cell, Electroplating)
Chemical Calculations (Percentage purity, Limiting and Excess reagents)
There you go.
bumpzzz
Chemistry
