(a) From the safety point of view, why is flash point more important than boiling
point? Explain.
(b) Using the flash point, discuss the safety consideration for ethyl acetate.
(c) Explain any inferences and interpretations that can be made concerning the
upper and lower flammability (or explosive) limits for ethyl acetate.
(d) Explain if the auto-ignition temperature of ethyl acetate posed a safety hazard
in this experiment.

Flash point is the temperature where the gas can explode which is why you cannot afford to let any gas reach it's flash point.
