why so blur?0.o
how long more till u graduate from ite? and what are ur prospect of entering poly using ur ite results?
if you are graduating next year, and can make it to poly, den dun bother retaking ur O levels, other than english.
after, O level is just a stepping stone for higher education. why would u need a o level cert when you will be getting a diploma? (assuming u make it for poly with ur ite results.)
but if also screw up ur ite, its better off for u to retake O's as a backup plan.

my grade are C6 or english,E8 for maths,D7 for combine science physic/chemistry,D7 for chinese and C6 for history.
should i go ite or take private o? if i take private o level should i take additional subject for example additional maths? i never taken additional maths before. i wonder if i can cope , cause i has been playing computer the previous year and im not a school candidate , im a private candidate, i took my o level course in ite, but the ite course now cost $478 per subject which is quite expensive.( and its at night). i might be able to take additional maths cause in ite there is additional maths but it is 3 hours(2 hrs 25-30 mins cuz got break) per week and only have 1 year to prepare for o level additional maths.( the year is the same as the year i taking o level).
if i take full time ite , it won't cause this problem but o level is faster. i don't wish to waste 1 year again,if i take o level i could save 1 year but if i failed i could go ite but like that would waste 2 years.
and o level course in ite is 3 hours per week. it does not have enough time for them to teach , thats why i self study but self study is too tough. but i'm thinking only go for maths and science course for the practical. if i going to take additional maths its 3 course le. or i might be taking only maths only , no science.
If you can get into ITE,I suggest U go to ITE and study hard there.
U are getting E8 for E-Maths and U want to take up A-Maths?....U can try....but I dont think U can make it.
If U cannot get into ITE....retaking science is still better than taking up A-Maths.
ITE.
Contrary to popular belief, its not the end. Just make sure you study and don't hang around the playful kids too often.

Gaming is a killer. Even if you retake your "O"-levels, if you are going to keep it up, you will be doomed to go down again.
I will suggest that you largely restrict your gaming timing first before even thinking about anything else. And since you claim you apply for the wrong subjects, does that mean you were intending to take up the simplified subjects to begin with? 0_o
Retake your o and take up a ite course that you like at the same time . If this year u score well then quit ite and apply to a local poly with your o level results. I'm also in the same situation as you and that's the best way now ... but must really study hard this time
If you dont want to go ite, then retake o level.
Are you a girl? If so, I suggest you to retake o level.
But you must ask yourself, if I pass my o, poly or jc is my ambition?
If you a a boy, then maybe go ns first. Complete the ns and take part time couse (o level) or diploma.
Time management is the key . I can't retake at home cause NS will call up as for male citizen , No gvt sch = Str8 NS . If you're a girl then good 4 you (: jiayou !
We guys always losing out especially ns services!
2 donkey years of ns.........

private school can also give letter to apply for deferment from CMPB...problem is that private school needs money.
Originally posted by Yami king2005:u mean need additional money to deferment ?
no, affording the cost
I suggest that you should not take additional subjects as Amaths since your Emaths isnt great. Going to ITE will take a longer time to get into poly. Maybe retaking your Olevel and working hard on the subjects that you are having now is a better choice. =]
