Hey guys, I've applied for both JAE & JPSAE this month, and I wasn't successful wif my JPSAE posting, plus I didn't get any courses that I like in JAE.
I got B3 for english, A2 for chinese, B4 for science, C6 for combined humanities, B3 for art, and D7 for E math.
I'm interested in the IT security course at NYP, but neither JPSAE or JAE will let me through, so wat can I do exactly?
Btw, I got Interactive media design in TP today, but I wasn't interested in that course (and the sch also). And now I'm thinkin' of retakin' my math this yr, wat do u think?
Thanks lots
50% of all poly students regret their course of study, effectively ruining their own lives (since whatever diploma you get determines your future career).
So if you can't get into any poly course you have an interest in, retake your 'O' levels.
retaking your o'levels will be a wiser choice IMO. make sure you get into something that is what you've wanted and like.=D
Well, you can consider RP.
And can eaily score.

i dont think so..cause for business courses its quite general and you have pretty much flexibility with your degree courser..but as for the threadstarter, failing e maths, most courses wont take you in.
Appreciate all of ur advice, I think I should really retake my E Math now. But is there really no other alternative to enter that IT course that I'm interested in with my D7 Math?
I heard there's something like retakin' Math while takin' the IT course at the same time, is there?
Thanks again!
that one is special consideration which the poly have to grant you..

Thats DAE which is the Direct Admission Exercise. Its kind of appealing for those who had not met any minimum criteria for the course =)
Yeah, I've just called the ppl at NYP, and they told me that I have to go down there tmr and speak with the IT lecturer there in person to clarify things, and they have also recommended that I go through the DAE too. (I'm signing up the moment I reach home!!!)
