We heard about many horrible stories about pte schools in singapore.
Expensive course fees, lousy lecturers, low pay and lousy benefits for their staff, high staff turnover rates, unreasonable contracts making staff work for at least 1 year or they will have to compensate 1 or 2 months salary if they leave before 1 year etc.
So why is it that so many lousy pte schools still survive in singapore and are still doing a good business?
What does it take to make them close down?
