Take a weekend off and refresh. It helps.

You are stress-out because of your workload, no thanks to your CCA.
Since you want to stick to the CCA, you will have to learn to adapt to the stressful environment you are in now.
Distressing is good, but it won't help you that much by itself when the stress level you will be facing continuously increases. Thus, what you should do now is to start increasing your stress endurance level.
Okay, back to your question. You can distress by:
1) Enjoying yourself on Sunday with your favourite activities. For some people, it helps to greatly reduce their stress level, and perhaps even reset it for the coming week.
2) Learn to love working. You will eventually become a workaholic, but it beats hating what you are doing and being stressed by it.
3) Talking with others who will actually listen to you. That includes close friends, parents, and perhaps even a bunch of regulars on a homework sub-forum in a certain forum.
4) Get rid of that CCA.

Let's start with how's your schedule and time management like
Sometimes, it could also be due to time management. At other times, it had to do with motivational level as well, i.e. how well do you want to do? What's your ultimate goal or target at the end of these two years?
is it possible to have no cca in jc? my jc makes it compulsory for everyone to have one. then is there any possibility that they could let me drop the cca and let me have no cca?
