  (d) the answer depends on the interaction between the 2.

  which of the car and Earth experiences a larger force? can't explain the final part though i chose d as the answer.Need someone to explain this part.

  Both the car and the Earth will experience the same amount of force -- Newton's Third Law

  And remember to apply the Principle of Conservation of Linear Momentum.
