Right. My MYE has just ended a couple of weeks ago.
Here are my results:
English - B3
MT (chinese) - C6
E Maths - D7
POA - B3
Humans (SS & Geog) - B4
Combined Science (Phy & Chem) - B3
D&T - A2
So how? Think I will be able to make it to a JC by Sec4?
P.s Im fifteen. Sec3 now.
Your basic maths fail won't get you anywhere near JC. If you want to take science course, the maths is a killer.
I want Arts.
Watch your Emath because you may not even be able to gain entry to polytechnic much more JC.
If just pass can or not ah?
Risky. It is more advisable to practice more on the ten-year series for Emaths type of subjects.

If you just pass E maths, and get A2s, and A1s for the rest. Maybe can lar.
Work on your maths, i suggest tuition. The rest still okay, good job getting B3 for english.
with your E maths like that, cant rally go jc, even if it's arts course also at most 20points then can enter jc. you should really brush up your maths.
but your english's good, lol.

You are only as strong as your weakest link.
As everyone else has already said, it is urgently in your best interest to work 200% harder on Mathematics, while maintaining your other subjects. Pull it up by sheer dint of effort to an A1 or so within the next 6 months (ie. your End of Year Sec 3 Exams), then maintain it while going back to improve on your others subjects.
Remember your L1R5 and L1R4 must include one Maths (which for you will have to be your E Maths). So as TooFree has said, failing your E Maths may mean you can't even get into any Poly course, let alone JC.
If you can afford it, you might like to consider having multiple (eg. 2 or 3) separate Mathematics tuition or tutors, until you pull your grade up to an A1 or so. Desperate situations call for desperate measures.
Raw grades in school exams mean nothing. You should look at your performance relative to your peers plus how well your school did for the O levels. For example, your EM grade seems dismal but may not actually be. If let's say this image is your cohort results and this school is an average school.
Then considering that 45.5% of O level candidates get A1/A2. Your D7 grade may actually be a B3. Once you make a realistic apprisal of your situation, only then should you make a plan to move toward your desired outcome.
That said, you should always make a realistic assessment of your situation and assume that if you stand still, someone will overtake you.

true, but I still think the school results is a fair indication of which areas to focus on, notwithstanding the bell curve and the s.d. of the scores.
tt said, i think TS needs to work on maths. considering that in JC, if you want to take an Arts course, you still have to take a contrasting subject, which more often than not will have something related to math (even econs).
