Given a second choice, what would have chosen, and why?
Also, ask yourself, what do you want to study in uni?
Let the answers to the above 2 questions help to guide you.
i think you must first ask yourself why do you want to study

CSE is H1, so I would say, if you really hate it, just aim to pass, and focus major effort on the H2 subjects.
As for Econs, since you have to take it anyway no matter your first choice or 2nd choice, you might as well work hard on it.
No use worrying over split milk now. Make the best of your current situation if possible.
Then again, have you consulted your teachers on your choices?

H1: GP [B] CSE [S] Chinese [C]H2: Lit (E) Econs (U) Maths (D)I really hate Econs and CSE. Always regretted my choice. Erm but im not sure whether school will let me change in JC1 again if i wanna voluntarily retain. But what are the strong reasons if i die die wanna repeat. Poly is out for sure. I’m like damn unhappy.
You can get your form teacher to speak on behalf for you.
I hope I don't sound nasty, but with your current results, it is really impossible to enter a local uni via direct admission. You will really have to at least quadruple your efforts from here on.
Poly is not as bad as you think. Most people will pin the reason of you not doing well on the belief that you did not work hard enough. However, I believe that it is likely the JC system do not suit you.
Nevertheless, it is your own choice where you want to go from here on. Look up the degree courses which interest you and look at their cut-off. If you are really given the chance to repeat, make sure to put in all you can this time round to achieve your target cut-off.

Try relating what you learn in Econs to what happens in daily life. When you are able to see apply the concepts in Econs to the things around you, you'll see the relevance of the subject you study. This might help you appreciate the subject a little better...........
Dear SBS7238L,
It is quite the norm to fumble in the first major exam for most students.
Investigate why that happened (is it due to aptitude or attitude?), rather than be emotionally affected and to jump straight to quitting the whole game altogether.
Speak to your teachers and see what can be done to improve the situation you are facing.
Thanks.
Cheers,
Wen Shih

i quite agree. perhaps you can give it more time, because you are still getting used to the lecture / tutorial system, new environment, new exam style...
on your part, do put in decent effort to try to make it work, so that even if you decide to quit at the end, you can tell yourself honestly that you did your best and it just didn't work out, rather than just quitting because you find it an insurmountable task. den, at least you will 对得起自己
