Hello,
i got back my results for O levels this year. i scored 11-2=9 for L1R5 and 9-2=7 for L1R4. i'm in a junior college now. i cant seem to stop brooding about my disgusting O level results and i cant concentrate on my studies. i expected a much better O level score. D: can someone tell me how do i let my past go???

Why not just forget about what stupid you have mistakes to get such results, and concentrate on your A levels. If not, you will come here again and post saying you can't get past your disgusting A level results.

Uh.... you got three A1s, and two A2s, and you call that disgusting?
You are already in a JC. There's no question of you getting kicked out based on your O Level results. So what's the problem?
So what would you rather do: brood over your 'disgusting' results which are by no means disgusting, or preparing for your upcoming Promos?

Some are happy about 80 marks. While some are unhappy even at 99 marks. My advice. Be contented, learn to let go. Grow the fk up.

They are good results, but they could be a lot better. But they have no more effect on your future now, no matter how many comparisons with friends you make. Let me tell you that unless you get down to studying, you're going to join the ex-GEPs who got retained in J1.

Well, I got 13 pts for L1R5 for O levels
And I still came out of JC with 4As and 2 S paper distinctions, with some other awards to add on.
What's the big deal with 9 pts?

In the end, university is the great equalizer where you all end up in the same place regardless of your background. Once you're in, you're all the same.
For now, what is truly disgusting is your behaviour of trumpeting your results in an online forum and claiming that they are disgusting.
Just study for your Promos, for goodness' sake!
