Hi,
H2 maths exam mostly requires students to present analytical steps to solve problems. GC is merely a tool to aid computations to arrive at answers.
Unless you have gone through both JC 1 and JC 2 topics, it is unlikely that you will appreciate the full functions of the calculator.
My suggestion is for you to look at the GC instructions that school notes would have provided and to follow the steps carefully on your own. Nothing beats self-experimentation.
The following are general skills you need to be aware of and become competent in:
1. Sketch graphs of different types, e.g. ellipse, hyperbola, etc..
2. Sketch graphs defined parametrically.
3. Adjust window size to view graphs, which is a VERY important skill, in order to sketch them accurately.
4. Find x-intercepts, turning points and intersection points of graphs.
5. Find areas under graphs, either by specifying the region or by direct integration.
6. Define sequences and find their terms and sum of terms.
7. Solve polynomial equations and system of linear equations.
8. Carry out arithmetic calculations with complex numbers.
9. Carry out computations involving nPr, nCr, factorial operator, etc..
10. Find probabilities (pdf, cdf, inverse) of Binomial, Poisson, and Normal random variables.
11. Carry out Z- and t-tests for hypothesis testing.
12. Enter bivariate data into a table and find regression lines and the product moment correlation coefficient r.
Hope this will help you to navigate easily in your GC learning journey :)
Cheers,
Wen Shih

Hi,
perhaps it's more useful to list the problems you face in H2 Maths here.
RTFM!!!
