hey, i was in jc initially but withdrew and joint a polytechnic instead due to subject concerns. I don't enjoy poly life as much as jc. Will it be a wise choice to return back to jc( MOE said its possible but final say lies with the school involved). Is it a wise decision to do so?

If you are guy, I think you have to serve NS before you go back to JC.
Anyway, were your results good in JC? If the results werent good, I would suggest you to stay in Poly.
i was there for the first term only so if i had sayed on this would only have been my first year in jc. Im not very sure about the NS part because MOE said i could try joining any jc as a freshie next year. I was prepared to slog i out for my A's a in jc was my target before my 'o' levels.
If poly dont suit you, just go back to jc instead of spending 3 years wasting time. But make sure you work hard
For army matters, you could call up CMPB to ask. But I believe you will still be able to defer till you finish your JC.
On whether it is a wise choice, it depends on you. Bear in mind that you will be set back 1 year in life. However, if you think you will be much more effective in JC than in poly, then go for it.

did those subject concerns suddenly disappear?
unless U are sure U can handle those concerns...I dont see a strong reason for U to dig ur way back to JC.
if your studies are not a problem then go ahead. you must be very clear of what you want :)
Beware the age limit for Junior Colleges.
They don't allow anyone above the age of 20 admission, iirc.
